Picup offers a complete range of delivery solutions, including On-Demand Delivery, Time Slot Delivery, Scheduled Delivery, Inter-Branch Transfers and Multi Courier Management. All services are powered by our Logistics Technology Platform, giving you the flexibility to manage your own fleet, leverage the Picup Network or integrate with third-party logistics partners, all from one platform. ### How can Picup's Logistics Technology Platform improve my operations? Our platform gives you control and visibility over every delivery. It improves your bottom line by: - **Intelligent route optimisation:** cutting mileage, fuel costs and driver hours with AI-optimised routing. - **Real-time tracking and telematics:** keeping you and your customers updated with live tracking and accurate ETAs. - **Performance analytics:** dashboards covering driver behaviour, delivery success rates and fleet utilisation, so bottlenecks are easy to find and fix. ### Does Picup integrate with e-commerce platforms? Yes. Picup has a developer-friendly API built to bridge your online store and your fulfilment operations. When a customer places an order the data syncs with Picup automatically and triggers instant or scheduled dispatching, with no manual capture and no spreadsheets. ### What is Geocoding and how does it help with deliveries? Geocoding uses AI to turn a written address into precise geographic coordinates. Poor address data is one of the biggest causes of failed deliveries and wasted time, so our geocoding service cleans and verifies your addresses upfront. Drivers are routed to the exact doorstep rather than a general neighbourhood, which cuts failed deliveries sharply. ### Can I use Picup's software to manage my own drivers? Absolutely. Our Transport Management Solution (TMS) is available on its own. You can deploy our routing algorithms, driver apps and live tracking dashboards to run your own private fleet. If order volumes spike you can top up capacity by tapping into the Picup network, without changing how your team works. ## Latest insights & news.
