At checkout your customer picks a delivery window that suits them, from the slots you make available. Picup groups the orders booked into each window, plans the routes and dispatches drivers so every parcel arrives inside the slot the customer chose.

### Can we set our own delivery windows?

Yes. Start with Picup's recommended windows or design custom slots around your fleet capacity, store hours and demand. Slot length, how many orders each slot accepts and which areas it serves are all yours to set.

### How does offering time slots reduce failed deliveries?

A customer who chose the window is far more likely to be there for it. Automated reminders and a live tracking link on the day close the gap further, so fewer parcels come back and fewer routes are driven twice.

### Can time-slot delivery run alongside on-demand?

Yes. Urgent orders go through on-demand dispatch, planned orders fill your time slots, and both run from the same platform with the same tracking and proof of delivery.

### How are customers kept informed?
